Really want to get started, but clueless on how to begin.
I am a commercial real estate professional that recently relocated to Austin, TX. I have been in the real estate industry professionally for almost 3 years. My goal is meet fellow Austin real estate professionals and invest in commercial and residential properties.
I am currently an HVAC engineer, so my education and experience revolves around buildings and construction. I always wanted to be a real estate investor (not any investor, but a big one :) ) and I thought to start from here.
I always loved reading and learning about real estate. i have to be an investor and i am willing to do whatever it takes legally lol to accomplish this goal i refuse to sit on the sidelines any longer
