My husband https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/GregoryD36 is a licensed real estate agent in CA. Preparing to buy our first place in San Pedro.

Anyone out there want to team up and buy more than a SFR? I guess after 2008 the rules changed and we cannot use our cosigner on a 2-4 unit property. So we have to team up, or buy SFR + ADU....
