I am a finance student pursuing my bachelors, however I discovered my passion for real estate along the way. My backbone in finance is a great preparation for me to move into real estate as I am extremely serious about pursing a real estate related career albiet being an agent, property manager, or investor.
I am learning about real estate investing and just looking for information to help me before I take the plunge. I would like to learn how to creatively finance deals and how to know a good deal from the not good deals out there.
