I have been a plumber /HVAC mechanic for 29 years and have rehabbed houses almost as long. I want to start building a real estate portfolio since the stocks and IRAs are unpredictable at least real estate will always be there. It just seems more stable relatively.
I've been a computer engineer, a general contractor doing home rehabs('from the roof to the parking lot inside and outside")I've only owned one rental property but am very interested in getting back involved and in particular small apartment buildings.
I have moved into apartment and think i would like to buy it.
I am an authentic antiques dealer who underwent brain surgery for the removal of a tumor on May 15, 2012. I am now disabled and can not easily package my antiques to sell on the internet. I have purchased property in the past and decided to invest in real estate again. I don't have to worry about packaging real estate. lol
