I'm a current Realtor and would like to build my investment portfolio.
Hi I am new to real estate, I started reading The ABC's Of Real Estate Investing by Ken Mcelroy which out my eyes to the abundant opportunities real estate offers. I am currently working on becoming a wholesaler, so i can gain capital to launch my real estate business.
I am looking to learn more about the investing aspect of real estate, as I have always wanted to get involved in it and have a desire to be a property owner and flipper.
