I graduated from college in 2014 and jumped right into real estate investing by buying my first house in 2015 right by the University of Louisville, living in it and renting the other 3 rooms to close friends.
I now own 2 SFR by UofL and a Duplex in Smoketown and a 12 unit Multifamily under contract.
I am new to real estate and looking to build a portfolio of rentals. I work full time and houses have become my hobby and hopefully an additional source of income. Learning about how to better buy and manage property is my main reason for joining this community.
