I moved to Texas 7 years ago from Oklahoma to start an alarm company. I have that, now I want to move forward with educating myself on real estate investing. I have been interested in real estate investing for as long as I can remember. Just never really balls'd up and done it.

I am a total newbie to real estate, finished my first build a year ago. I'm house hacking by living in a separated casita and using the rest of the house for nightly rental.
My goal is FI by age 30 and I think I can do that through real estate.
I do solar sales and install in Las Vegas and live in St. George UT
