Want alternative to traditional IRA Financial Institutions.
I currently have six rentals and am working on another one, which I am going to cash out refinance to buy other properties. I have done five buy and flips in the past. I am really looking for partners in my area to expand my business.
I own 3 apartment complexes, totaling 10 doors. I am a corporate attorney who also does some real estate work. I also am a veteran (USMC) and want to take advantage of my veteran benefits on loans and other financing opportunities.
