Buying and renting properties after rehab no propertie to far gone including condemed properties completed two comdemed properties so far. Five properties complete to date and rented two more owned and ready for construction

I am a heavy equipment mechanic at the CC&V Goldmine currently. I have one daughter that lives in Va. with her mother, and I have twins on the way with my girlfriend...an unexpected surprise!
