I am a State Indentured Maintenance Machinist. I have done sub-grade and Water Well Drilling/Pump Installation repair. I have managed 35 duplex and triplex units and all maintenance. I have bought and rehabbed several single family homes from the ground up personally.
I am looking at getting into wholesaling, eventually rehabbing, in the DFW area or possibly the Springfield, MO (my college town).
I'm active duty military taking advantage of securing investment properties wherever the military assigns me. Current investment strategies are buy and hold (class B properties) and BRRRR.
