I fell into real estate property and rentals like many people. After the loss of a parent, I inherited their home in Ohio and after some rehab and deliberating, we decided to turn this into a profitable Short Term Rental. We currently have another STR north of Seattle, WA. Always looking for longer term rental opportunities.
