I'm a fairly young investor. The long game appeals to me. I work full time in the private sector, but am an owner/occupant in a duplex. I'm interested in adding new properties in the future, but I don't want to build a habit of going into more and more debt; if I take on debt, I want it to be leading to a place of being out of debt sooner....
