I'm a new investor, looking to invest in short term rentals in NH.
I started researching investing within the last year because I had it in the back of my mind but never pursued. Now I am ready to start investing so I can reach financial freedom and generational so I can pass it on to my daughter and so I can spend more time with her, travel and not punch somebody else's clock.
I am a 46 year old man who has worked in the construction trades for 30 years.
I am a father of 4 who loves to work hard and play hard. I have loved real estate since I can remember. I also sing, dance and play basketball and soccer. I am also excited to network with people here and to further my knowledge in real estate.
I have owned rentals in the past. Trying to get back into the real estate game. Been in construction for a long time. Expert on house foundations. Have lifted almost 100 homes to level. Watched many being done for other investors.
Retired military. I have a good amount of construction background but am not a GC. Looking into flipping homes. Will start in Brevard CO as I can stay in my RV at Patrick AFB while I renovate. Will flip in areas where military bases are located because of the resources they provide.
