I have a 40 unit multi family apartment in Gates, NY. I’m learning as I go… it’s been in my family 25 years and is in need of rehab to bring it up to date. I am looking for advice and best practices as I preceded in this venture.

Whats up everyone! I started out my RE journey 8 years ago with a house hack. I now have a 10 door portfolio of LTRs and STRs with SF housing and SMF as well.
My next step is to start wholesaling in order to pay off my portfolio.
