I own one property in north central Wisconsin. I have a partner on a duplex we purchased it in September 2022. I'm also Active Duty Army and stationed in Wisconsin. I would like to diversify my portfolio by purchasing properties, such as MF syndications, 4 or 8 plex buildings, and a property to either fix and hold or house hack.
My husband and I own our home and our children are grown. We are considering investing in rental property. We are currently in a learning mode.
