I started out purchasing fixers and renting them. As a young family man, I would have to move my family into a fixer because I could not afford 2 payments. We did that many times. Things have gotten better over the years. I became a real estate broker and have since retired, but I still love real estate. I can't seem to stop...Now I buy them...
