Retired teacher. Selling condo for health reasons. Association plays favorites and has arbitrary rules and is making it unfairly difficult to sell my condo. If I have to have a distress sale it will hurt everyone's value.

I am a real estate consultant. I "birdog" properties for investors/homeowners. I am a determined, diligent consultant who is very hands on. I believe real estate is a visionary investment.
