I have a rental now and the house that I am living in I am currently flipping. I would like to do a few flips and would also like to sell a few flips to another investor.

I've been a landlord for 11 years but only have 2 properties. One in Dallas suburbs and one in Chicago suburbs. I'm now in Hampton Roads/Norfolk/Virginia Beach area and I'm looking to jump start my investing and buy properties in this area.
I'm a grad student and have just recently started thinking of saving up to buy a home. I have great credit and rental history, and am looking for ways to buy a starter home and potentially ways to gain rental income.
