Hi , I am Scotty, a 40 year old male from TN. It is my goal to start a full time career investing in duplexes, tri-plexes, and quads. I am saving up the money in a stock growth no load mutual fund for the down payment of my first property. In the mean time I would like to learn all I can about the business.
