i been selling real estate since 1976, very successful at it, then became a minister for 9 yrs, and then went back to sell real estate.
Now what i want is to be a very successful investor.
My parents invested in real estate and I purchased my first investment at age 25. Looking to building my portfolio for our children's college & retirement.
I have one rental property and am interested in expanding to multifamily and/or commercial property.
I am an IT professional who has a Small Business. I have clients in property management, home building and real estate law. Through these clients I am learning more and more about real estate investing, and the fact that it is developing into a passion of mine.
I am somewhat new to real estate. I have done so much research and trying to find what's best for me. I love designing, colors, and making money. I have a rental now and the house that I am living in I am currently flipping. I would like to do a few flips and would also like to sell a few flips to another investor.
