I am a 50 year old single mother. Lost job that I had for 28 years. Cannot find a job to support me and my daughter fully. Always has been interested in real estate. Just do not know where to begin, I currently have no funds to invest.

Hi, I'm intersted in learning to flip homes. I've been a Realtor for over 11 years. I've seen and have sold homes that have been rehabbed for sale. My background is in design and I really think I can do this.

We have completed four fix and flips, two profitably and two at a small loss. We have purchased a fix and hold, but are 100% invested in it. We would like to explore methods to use OPM and minimize our risk.
