I have been involved in real estate management for 30+ years - buying / selling, leasing and easement management. In addition, as a construction project mgr. and facilities manager.
My husband and I own several rental homes and several duplexes. The homes we manage ourselves and the duplexes are managed by a management firm.
At this stage I can't even claim to be a beginner! I am VERY interested in acquiring and selling real estate to build wealth and secure a better than average retirement.
I am a full time paralegal and office manager, and supplement my retirement as a Realtor. I am also investing in real estate as part of my retirement portfolio.
I am new to the industry but I am eager to earn and act. I have been in the construction industry for many years but I am wanting a change. I work very hard and give everything to what I am involved in and this is my new adventure that I hope to keep me going for a long time.
