I live in south Austin where I have a SFR and couple of duplexes, and would like to acquire more for cashflow but I'm also interested in wholesaling to build up capital. My background is in Advertising but am looking to move out of that industry and focus on Real Estate Investing.

I currently work as a Project Manager for a Multifamily Investment Company on their construction side. My goal is to buy one property by the end of the year using the BRRR method. Recently went back to school for Commercial Real Estate and Development.
