I’m a husband, dog father, and soon-to-be real estate investor (speak it into fruition, right?) on a path to replace my W2 with real estate income within 10 years. Currently in that interesting phase of still learning, while actively looking for a property, while realizing I need to do some serious networking!

I am living in Calgary and we have just purchased a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Renovations complete in August 2021, and put into short term rental market. Also looking at making rental investments in Alberta and British Columbia.
