My name is James and I am currently getting my feet wet in the real estate business with wholesaling. I eventually want to transition from wholesaling to owning rental properties in the near future and I’m looking forward to connecting with other real estate investors in this community.

I own 14 single family rentals in southeast PA (13 3BR, 1 2BR). I provide quality homes to families with a focus on positive cash flow. I achieved my goal and left my W-2 job in 2023 to tend to my real estate business full time.
