I am following my passion as a first grade teacher and my husband, Thomas, likewise as a licensed contractor. We got into real estate to work toward a nest egg for retirement. My energy is focused on reading, learning and research. Thomas remodels and manages our properties.
My husband Jeff and I are purchasing "buy and holds" to build retirement (we have 2 so far in Plaistow). And we would like to get into flips so we can quit our jobs and focus on real estate. I have also started my own property management business and currently manage a 26 unit condo Association.
