I am primarily a wholesaler.I am also looking for fix and flips,and rehabs if the numbers make sense. I will do creative financing and cash deals. I am looking for networking and deal opportunities here,as well as expanding my knowledge base in the business.
BSc in Finance; license as Real Estate agent in Maryland long time ago; worked with others in the industry while living in Charlotte NC but did not like strategy for growth; Also worked as Night Audit Supervisor at Marriott in Charlotte NC.
