New to real estate investing, looking to purchase my first house hack in southeastern MA area!
I’m a multifamily investor based in Connecticut, preparing to relocate to Columbus, OH in Fall 2025. I focus on 2–3 unit buy-and-hold properties and am building a small portfolio to support long-term financial independence. Currently networking with local agents, lenders, and investors as I prepare to enter the Columbus market.
I am a carpet cleaner. I do a lot of work for various property managers and I want to learn as much as I can about the needs of property managers so that I can do a great job of helping my PM's get the most for their dollar and still make a living.
I am a young professional salesperson in my first year. I work for a very successful company in Glastonbury CT. I have a goal of bring financially independent and being young enough to enjoy it!
