every time i see a property,and it looks good to me,example there was a 3,800 sq ft property in bristol pa,they wanted 135,000 for it,i was going to make a offer for 115,000 put 30,000 in rehab,the loan was 13% so it would have been 115,+30 would be 145 thousand then the intrest on the loan would be anther say 17000=162.000 and i wanted to...
