Full time HVAC technician on the Industrial, Commercial, Residential scale. I currently own a rental property and have flipped one home. Still learning but, ready to more aggressively seek out some more property. Live in Wisconsin and know most areas very well as I travel a lot. Full time Dad.

Before 2008 I was basically going door-to-door looking at old houses searching down the owner of the abandoned homes and offering them a very small amount of money to get a quick claim deed of the home and then I would refurbish it and use it as a rental
