I started out my RE investing career with a residential flip then dove into new construction. I tested the multifamily waters with a four plex and have since rolled several properties into a 128 unit portfolio with 26 additional units under construction.

I have just been introduced to real estate by a close friend. She recommended Bigger Pockets as a good starting point for my journey. I also picked a book to read from Amazon. It had great reviews and looked very interesting. Much to my surprise the book turned out to be one by Brandon Turner.
