I'm a full time engineer that managed to turn two former primary residences into rental properties. I'm considering taking a more concerted effort in RE investing.

I am a newbie, I am looking for any advice from seasoned RE investors. I would like to get into wholesaling because it requires little or no capital to start. Once i become proficient in that area, i will expand from there.
