I quit my job last April to help my parents, who havery 9 rentals, that my dad took care of. My dad got sick in June and passed away in August without giving me much information about the rentals. So I am very new to the rental community and trying to manage these rentals for my 94 year old mother. Any information is greatly appreciated.
