New to Real Estate Investing, but I have always had the itch. I am working as an underwriter for med devices, but I want to supplement my income. Beyond that I want to eventually turn this opportunity into a full blown business.
I work for a new home builder in Texas. I've also had two investment properties. Both of which are sold. I used the profits to pay down some debts and have a savings. I now want to reinvest in something else however I would like to use either my DBA line of credit account or 100% financing deal or even a hard money lender.
