I have 3 rental properties ( 2 in Florida and 1 in Costa Rica ). I am currently equity heavy and cash light. I am looking to increase my monthly cash flow with 2 more rentals. I was a real estate agent in Michigan for a few years during the last recession. I am semi-retired and would be an active real estate investor.
