Well life just happens so quickly. I am recent grad with taking my first job in Manhattan. My wife and I bought our first home in NJ and we welcomed our first daughter in May of 2015. It is important for us that my wife can be a full-time mom so I wanted to learn more about the opportunities real estate had to offer.
