I have been in the construction industry for nearly 32 years, and a licensed California general contractor and land developer for 18 years, I specialize in residential land development, design build ground up new construction, custom homes, ADU's, additions and major renovation projects.
I want to start with the wholesaling so I can bring my house out of debt and build my own money to invest, Then I want to get into rehab/ flipping and then rentals. I am a single parent who works all the time and is getting nowhere so I do not mind the hard work I just want it to be worth it.
