New and young to real estate but i have done a few moves. I own a home and 5 unit property. Goal in mind to get to 3 rental properties in the next year. Looking to connect and learn from all rental investors.

I am a full time construction manager for a large commercial construction company in Houston, TX. My realtor wife and I buy and hold rental properties as opportunities come up. We have also flipped a few properties, now looking back I wish we would have just kept them as rentals.
