New real estate investor who grew up in/around residential construction in central Florida. Ten year goal is to go full time RE investor. Five year goal is to create an income stream for my spouse equivalent to my day job in IT sales. Immediate goal is to buy a SFH or small multi-family in the Atlanta metro area to learn the ropes.
