Rehab and then managing my own properties. Very interested in BRRR. Goals for 2019 are to flip 4 properties and invest proceeds in Buy & Hold. I haven't got the first flip yet. Bummer! Three year goal is to manage 8-12 doors with most in greater Augusta area and a few in greater Milwaukee area.
