small time investor wanting to go big time
Hello my name is Melvin Drew and I'm about to become a realtor, as well as an appraiser and home inspector. I'm from Michigan, but I have resided in Florida and have settled in Georgia. I am trying to reach new heights in my life by expanding my knowledge of real estate and investing.

Fist year as a licensed agent I focus 100% furthering my financial education and expend my knowledge on Real Estate Investing for future opportunities.
My goal is to acquire multiple rental properties through my market knowledge and experience with foreclosures.
I am a contractor, and my investment partner is a realestate agent , almost a broker. On top of being a contractor i have a keen knack of finding and utilizing great info. there is a lot of great information and wisdom on this site that i wish to use. A great learning tool that will help me and allow me to help others is why im on this site.
