Thank you for visiting my profile. Just a few short months ago, I had only wished that I was an investor. However, working remotely due to covid 19 gave me the opportunity to dive into my REI journey and the momentum has been consistent.

I purchased my first 4 unit building in the avondale neighborhood back in 2010. I not only had the other three units pay my mortgage but I was making extra cash on top. I have since owned a number of 3-6 unit properties throughout the Avondale and Irving Park neighborhood. I currently own 24 unit spread out across 6 properties all in 60618....
