We have owned many property's in the past, but they our all in the $300,000 and million dollar deals. We are looking to buy houses that are cost very little to buy and then fix them up to sell or rent them out. in the downtown area of Birmingham. Buy 3 to 5 inexpensive homes do some upgrading and get them up to code and rent them or sell
