I am a licensed real estate broker in Washington state. I love investing in real estate. I have some buy and hold LTR’s and just recently purchased a STR in the Phoenix area. I also do 1-2 flips per year. My family and I love traveling and have a goal of seeing all 50 states by the time our kids graduate from high school.
