-did a long term BRRR in Plymouth, mi but due to high interest rates weren’t able to pull out initial investment
-started with a house hack in Ann Arbor, Mi. We finished the basement and turned it into a walkout, then rented it on Airbnb.
I am interested in buying and holding single family and 2-4 unit multifamily properties.
