Moving to Vegas in July. Looking to buy my first home then eventually rent it out. From there I want to learn the ins and outs of buying/ renting and selling.
I’m not afraid to take plunges but I want to be well versed and properly research how to dive in with good form.
I understand this isn’t a get rich quick process...
