Hi, My name is Jeff, I am new to real estate investing. Basically looking at what it takes to become a buy and hold investor. My personal goal is to have enough cash flow coming in from properties to have my living expenses covered by the time I am 40.
I have a wonderful wife and together we have three great children. I currently work in the retail field but am making the change to real estate to bring more freedom to how we life our lives. My passions consist of being a part of my family, taking part in ministries at our church, and spending time becoming the best I can be.
I reside in the Washington, District of Columbia Metro area. I've been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years and new to Real Estate Investing.
