I just started as a real estate agent in the Buffalo New York area. A friend suggested listening to podcast and I stumbled upon the BiggerPockets podcast, now I'm looking further into real estate investing.
I have been trying for years to get into the Real Estate Investing niche and I am pushing forward. With God on my side who can be against me. I am also seeking my Real Estate License. I am interested in Wholesaling, REO's, HUD homes and Notes.
Newbie investor, I live in Broward and would like to network with other Investors, Agents, Lenders and Contractors in the South Florida area. Working on making at least 2 maybe 3 purchases before year end, depending on what I can find here ofc.
