Hi, I'm a new investor in NYC area. I currently own and live in Manhattan but I'm interested in purchasing a multi-family house in the Westchester/Fairfield County area to establish a permanent residence (to reduce taxes), be closer to work, and of course generate passive income.

I'm 32 years old a full time employee and have been for 10 years, father to three boys, ages 14,11 and 2. I'm interested so I can spend more time with my family.
