Looking to expand RE Buy and Hold portfolio as a part time investor
I am a Nurse Practitioner. My wife and I have 4 kids. Sat on the sidelines too long. Starting to look again. May have interest in out of state deals.
My husband and I bought our first single family rental property in 2012 and currently own and self manage a portfolio of mostly multi family residential. We are focused on scaling our portfolio by acquiring cash flowing multi-family properties.
I am a home inspector by trade, I am interested in real estate investing. I am particularly interested in note investing.
I have been a long time computer guy, and traveled all over the world, worked for one company 35 years and like doing my job, however I love a good deal, and love to find them...now how to finance those good deals I sometimes struggle.
